Flow, head, pressure, temperature, coolant chemistry, installation envelope and redundancy requirements define the pump configuration. Hydraulic passages, sealing faces, bearing locations and mounting features are reviewed from the customer drawing and performance requirements.
Available verification includes material certificates, dimensional reports, surface examination, hydrostatic pressure testing and leakage inspection. Hydraulic performance testing is arranged against the agreed complete-pump specification.
